Our models are constructed with 2 x 8 steel floor joists on 16 inch centers with 5 inches of spray foam insulation and topped with a 3/4 inch Sturdi-Floor plywood sub floor.

The walls are constructed with 3 5/8 inch metal studs with 3 inches of spray foam. Our roofing is 26 gauge metal with 5 inches of spray foam insulation. Our windows are either white vinyl or black aluminum with thermal break for energy efficiency.
